Qu1) As Master how do you implement the vessels Safety Management System?

Radar plot: Relative motion, relative vectors. Single dot on the starboard bow, what is it? (vessel on the same course and speed)

OA line on the ships head, you are overtaking it, tell me where ‘W’ should be placed?
Now plot what alteration of course is required to give a 2 mile CPA down the port side.
