guided)

8. Why you need your lashing to be stronger in the fwd and aft part – said many things weather,

wind, stress – but was looking for something else don’t know

9. On your passage from Singapore to Perth – all instructions to department heads : explained

about passage plan in detail, bridge team meeting, briefing to chief officer reg piracy, ballast

water etc, c/e pollution, weather etc

Even though questions are less, but he goes deep into all questions. Confident answers and he

will guide you wherever needed. He prefer alteration of course than reduction of speed (I think).
